Mrs. Lloyd visited Korea with her husband, Reverend Lloyd, after being sent by the The Leprosy Mission. After staying in Busan for a while, she came to Daegu on February 1, 1957, and lived in a missionary's residence in Dongsan Christian Hospital.
According to Director Howard Moffett's report, it was the Reverend Lloyd and his wife who supported the project to open a leprosy patient clinic. In addition, The Leprosy Mission, which includes the Lloyd's couple, helped the Dongsan Christian Hospital outpatient clinic project and the leprosy nursing home project.
Lloyd worked as an English teacher at a nursing school with a total of 80 students. Although it wasn't all day long, she taught English to students for hours a day,
